Okay, so I kinda cheated for "best friend." I'm claiming the United States Postal Service as my best friend now. They love me, they occasionally hate me, we fight, we make up, and we sometimes even have our Fridays out. We have a grand ole time. For my favorite word, well...you know, there's nothing that makes me happier than "mail's here...you got something!" It kinda makes my day, week, and sometimes even my month.
Day 6: Favorite Book Character
My favorite book character is the Paperback Princess. Not only did she save her prince from the fire breathing dragon, but she also kicked not so poor Prince Ralph to the curb when he told her to come back when she looked like a princess. You don't need to look like a princess when you already are one. Prince Ralph, you're a bum! Doesn't surprise me that Mom somehow found woman's liberal books to read to her only daughter. That's her, my Mom ladies and gentlemen! Gotta love her.
Paperbag Princess was a book from my childhood too. :-)
